Lower calorie coffee+milk from the store.

I had grand plans of getting up at 4:30 a.m. today and going to the gym. Since Xmas, it has been absolutely impossible to drag my lazy butt out of bed in the morning. I may need to re-think my whole fitness plan. Afternoon workouts might be the way to go. I found some free HASFIT workouts that I really like. Whatever time I choose, I just need to be CONSISTENT.
